Delhi has suffered from traffic jams and unbelievably loud music blaring all day and night due to Kaanvad yatraa, over many years. Increasingly this yatraa is now become a nuisance due to the hooliganism, assault, mob attacks and lynching that these pad yatris are openly and fearlessly doling out to the public and property of Delhi. There is widespread and public consumption of alcohol and drugs by many of these pad yatris. The situation is out of control and needs immediate correction. This procession or yatraa should not be allowed to pass through the city premises.
