LG: Allow OLED TV owners to turn off dimming

LG's OLED TVs dim when the average picture is similar after 60s. (ASBL)
This is really annoying when watching videos/movies that have scenes longer than 60s. When the TV dims, you can barely see anything.

LG's OLED TVs also dim when more than 60% of the picture is bright. (ABL)
While this is unlikely to happen during normal video playback, it affects calibration (especially when using fullscreen patterns) and happens when the TV is used with a computer.

Both cannot be turned off in the TV's menu and hurt watching experience.

@LG, Please add those settings to the TV menu and allow us to turn them off. Those are not features, they are issues.
