All GX470 and IS250 vehicles have terrible dash cracks or sticky dashes. Most people I've talked to bought their vehicles with a perfect dash, cared for it very well, and it still cracked. After it cracked, they tried all they could to get the situation under control with special care to no avail. Lexus ran a short campaign to help owners fix their dash, however that campaign had long lists and it wasn't expressed that those who did not have cracks yet should bring their vehicles in as their dash WILL crack.

The purpose of this petition is for Lexus/Toyota to open up a new campaign/reopen the previous campaign or set up a good-will fund to help owners who have these very expensive issues who feel it is of no fault of their own, but very clearly component build quality.
