Although the Administration maintained their stance on no continuation of the curriculum, content has improved in Week 3 of the Remote Learning Plan. Furthermore, on 4/14/20, the Administration explained that the content would be based on the forward curriculum in terms of achieving the core learning goals and skills. We also understand that Math may proceed to the next topic in the curriculum (at least at the high school level), although not all topics may be covered by the end of the school year. I urge you to monitor the content next week and feedback to your teachers on any comments you may have as it is up to the teachers to implement the directives. Although it is not the full result we wanted, we believe that we have made a difference to the Administration's new approach to Distant Learning going forward which will bring meaningful education to our children.
