Walter Wallace jr was shot 10-12 times by two Philadelphia police officers on Monday evening. There are other protocols the two officers could have used – different measures than firing at Mr Wallace in front of his mother and other civilians. I’m hoping with this we could revive full justice for Walter and his family and full termination of the officers involved and for them to be charged for murder.
