Even though Tea sea ahh has only been part of our school community for one year after transferring here from ISF, she’s already had a great impact on many Y10s in GSIS. She was warmly welcomed and has become a friend to many other students. 

Unfortunately, Tee see ahh's mother plans to withdraw her from GSIS and move back to ISF. Many people have been deeply affected by this, including not only Thycia herself who has become accustomed to her routine here, but her friends who have cultivated acquaintance with her. As can be expected, some people are extremely dismayed by her predicted departure.

However, ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST!! Hopefully, if we can prove that Tee see ahh is an invaluable member of the GSIS community and that she herself will benefit greatly from staying, an email can potentially be sent to the school. But to do this, we need YOUR help to sign this petition and prove that Tee see ahh has many supporters.

You care about Tee see ahh because she’s a human with a life and deserves our empathy
Since GSIS is objectively a better school than ISF in terms of IB scores etc., Tee see ahh will benefit from the education.
GSIS also has a better reputation in terms of applying to universities/summer programs/internships. US and UK universities are more likely to accept people from GSIS. So Tee see ahh might get into a better school
Since Tee see ahh already bid farewell to her friends from ISF when transferring here, it would be extremely awkward to announce that she is coming back. Re-integration would be harder and more awkward as her friends have just gotten used to class life without her; stress to find new friends
In ISF the grade boundaries are lower, some people might view this as a good thing but in reality it just sets lower standards for Tee see ahh. In GSIS the higher grade boundaries as well as pressure from high-performing peers motivates people to excel
IGCSE can prepare Tee see ahh for exams in IB seasons as well as provide extra credentials

There are so many other reasons as well, but the fact is that signing this petition will not take up a lot of your time and energy, and since it’s for a good cause, you should do it! We thank you so much for your support!
