Subject: Request for Consideration and Support for the Formation of Koshal Pradesh

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you on behalf of the people of Kosalanchal, expressing our heartfelt desire and plea for your attention regarding a matter of great importance to our community.

We, the residents of Kosalanchal, have been deeply affected by historical events that led to our integration with Orissa Province in 1948. This union, though perceived as a political decision at the time, has caused significant cultural, economic, and social disparities for our people.

Our distinct language, culture, and history set us apart from Orissa. Despite the richness of our natural resources, a majority of our population continues to endure economic hardships. The dreams of equitable political representation and socio-economic development for our region have yet to be realized, even after more than 75 years of India’s independence.

In accordance with Article 3 of the Constitution of India, we humbly urge your esteemed office to consider recommending the formation of Koshal Pradesh. This step would not only address the historical injustices but also pave the way for the empowerment and progress of our community.

We understand that the process of state formation involves careful consideration and discussions among various stakeholders. We assure you of our commitment to peace and collaboration throughout this process. We seek an opportunity to engage in dialogue and contribute constructively to the steps needed to make Koshal Pradesh a reality.

Your guidance and support in this matter would not only rectify a historical wrong but also foster the growth and prosperity of our people.
