To LTNC Board of Directors

Please accept this letter as a formal request on behalf of many LTNC shareholders. Over the past year, we have not only been the biggest supporters of NXTLVL, but we have also served as promoters, graphic designers, gamers, and marketers of NX LVL products on a variety of social media platforms and in real life. We convinced family members, friends and random people to invest in this company. Together, we made NXTLVL what is it today. Our goal is simple; spreading positive information to boost the brand, the company and the management team, which in turn, will benefit the company and its shareholders in the long run.

 

In the past few months, after serious accusations and revelations emanating from Holley’s Lawsuit, our confidence in the company’s Board of Directors and/or Officers started to dwindle. 

Therefore, and with the hope that we can generate a constructive dialogue between shareholders and the Executive Board, we are putting forward this three-pronged request:  

 

1.      Convene the Board of Directors and seek clarity on Executive Board members’ compensation package and determine whether some of these funds could be redirected into marketing and product growth and make the outcome of this meeting public.

2.      Declare the concrete and detailed reasons for the audit delay including supporting documents showing that the audit has started and the progress made. 

3.      Define realistic due dates for which year + quarter the spin-off will be completed. Unexpected hurdles may appear and dates can always be re-adjusted, as long as valid explanations are provided.

 

If our points can be candidly and realistically addressed, we will regain our confidence in TO Industries, whereby we can continue contributing to increased sales, improved marketing efforts and growth.
