On Tuesday 1st June 2021, Police Dog Kaiser of the Metropolitan Police and his handler responded to an incident of an intruder in South London.

PD Kaiser joined officers to search the local area. After locating the man, PD Kaiser tried to subdue the man but was stabbed up to five times on the top of his head and once below his eye.

Despite the attack, PD Kaiser was able to keep control of the man for long enough to allow officers to take hold of him.

Kaiser is lucky to be alive and another officer is also facing weeks off work with a broken wrist.

PD Kaiser has gone above and beyond putting his own life on the line to do his job and protect the public from a dangerous and violent individual armed with a weapon.

Lets give this incredible dog the recognition he deserves and get enough signatures to get him awarded with an official Commendation for Bravery.
