Lethal and critical adverse side effects are inhumanely causing death or causing an adverse effect on person(s) and society in general (people) health and wellness to live independently.  Therefore, more disabilities are medically induced causing life threatening undue medical and financial hardship on the individual and their family, friends, employers, customers, and others. 

Time is of the essence.

Every body is different and unique.  We need corrective action to advance a person, their health (highly individualized treatment) and wellness growing older is good without silos.

Examples:

1. Patient experienced side effects to a medication, therefore, changed doctors and was prescribed another medication.  It wasn't effective and although the doctor knew of the problem he didn't understand how not to overdose the patient subsequently causing more disabilities and prolonging rehabilitation and recovery by decades.  
2. Patient was prescribed Boniva and instead of stopping the medication after five years as medically correct.  It was prescribed for seven years.  Patient's doctors both deny prescribing the medication, however, the pharmacist's computer showed doctor's approval.  Caused two femur fractures.
3. Patient was given a medication that shouldn't have been given to the patient because she had a heart condition.  Caused unexpected death. 

Training and Experience Corrective Action Needed:

1. Doctors need to understand how to prescribe the right medication.   
2. Pharmaceutical companies need to figure out how to make medications that will not have critical adverse effects (lethal, life threatening, causing more disabilities) on a patient.

President Biden the American people and their family, friends, employers, customers, and others need justice.  The benefits are far greater than the costs.  A person's life is priceless.  It's the humane thing to do.
