The Court had heard today,but stay has not been granted.Though the hearing is fixed on 23rd June, 2014.. It was also discussed in HC about the auction to be held on 18th June at NCPA where the HC has assured that after going through the submission of documentary evidence if HC is satisfied the auction can be cancelled.
