Universal Studios Hollywood is terminating more and more team members for having visible tattoos. The policy states team members cannot have any visible tattoos on the face, neck, and hands. Visible tattoos on the arms and legs have to be fully covered by your hand size. We are coming together to change this policy as it is outdated and simply not fair for workers. Colored hair and piercings also do not affect the ability to work and should not be a determining factor in discipline. We as team members are calling for action to these company policies to change! Sign this petition if you believe no one should be terminated from their job because of a visible tattoo, hair color, or piercings of their choice! We need change!
