With the long awaited sequel, it introduced to us other sorts of animals in the form of reptiles, in addition to sorts of mammals not seen in the first film in the form of pinnipeds and maybe some other kinds of marine mammals. With that having been done, I hope that there can be more Zootopia films in the years to come, or maybe even a TV Spinoff. That would lead to the chance of featuring birds, amphibians, primates which I can assure do not look too human to include, and other sorts of mammals not yet seen such as ones that can fly or glide and common domesticated pets such like of course cats and dogs. Particular kinds of fish however are dependable, since it would depend on if the part of Zootopia with marine mammals includes those restricted to bodies of water like dolphins and whales, something sharks in particular would go well with. Invertebrates of all kinds like bugs and crustaceans meanwhile might as well all be non-anthropomorphic in the Zootopia universe. All of which can be included at some stage provided all goes well with the Zootopia franchise, so let's hope the 2nd film in particular that's about to release won't end up flopping.
