Let The Grand Jury Decide Not Don Kleine

On May 30, 2020 James Scurlock (22 years old) was shot by Jacob Gardner, while protesting for justice and equality in Omaha, Ne. This young man was killed by Jacob Gardner who owns The Hive & Gatsby's Bar.
Today, only 3 days later, the Attorney General, Don Kleine, stated Jacob Gardner doesn't have a CCW, believes this was a "senseless crime" and reiterated that Nebraska law doesn't allow "use of deadly force to protect your property", however, no charges are being filed because "there was consensus among law enforcement that Gardner's actions were justified". The same officers that are being protested against.
We, the citizens of Omaha, are demanding the Grand Jury have the opportunity to decide if charges will be filed, not Don Kleine or his office.
