We are asking that you sign this petition to allow Nina Vidal's voice to be heard in Hamilton's Family Court, so that her  lawyer can proceed in defending her and illustrate what is at stake here are the best interests of the children from her ex and his counsel, who are creating false narratives and who wish to exclude her from family court.

Nina Vidal is a mother fighting for her two children in the family court system against her ex, who is an abuser that is heavily connected and was criminally charged for domestic violence, sexual assault, assault with a weapon, and a child abuse charge. A family court judge from Hamilton, Ontario ignored all factual evidence and gave the ex an interim court order of 50/50 custody.

A family court judge from Hamilton, Ontario has endorsed an exuberant sum where he holds Nina Vidal responsible to pay the ex, abuser, about $60,000 plus interest, when on average a motion costs would be $10,000 and this was ordered because her ex won a motion that he filed against her. If she doesn't pay the abuser, she cannot continue to fight for her children in Hamilton's family court and her ex and his counsel are requesting that Nina Vidal be excluded from the motion and her rights get dismissed and everything would go to an abuser and possibly in the future even the children.

Their rights are violated and her ex is even requesting the judge take down her posts on social media, which would shut her down and that would be another violation to their rights. Her story is on line and is one that raises awareness about domestic violence and child abuse, and she shows the world what is happening in Canada to her children. Her social media allows Nina and her children to have a voice. A voice that the judges in Hamilton ignored previously.
