Let the British People Decide

The United Kingdom is built on the principle that governments derive their authority from the consent of the people.

This petition is not about supporting Labour, Reform, the Conservatives, the Liberal Democrats, the Greens, the SNP, Plaid Cymru or any other political party. It is not about Left or Right. It is not about yesterday’s arguments.

It is about one simple principle.

When millions of people believe their voices are no longer being heard, the answer in a democracy is not division. It is democracy itself.

Britain faces enormous challenges. The cost of living continues to affect families. Businesses are struggling. Public services are under pressure. Trust in politics has fallen to historic lows, regardless of which party is in government.

The only people who can truly restore confidence are the British people themselves.

We therefore call upon the Government to seek the dissolution of Parliament and hold an immediate General Election, allowing every eligible voter the opportunity to decide the future direction of our country.

Whether you voted Labour, Conservative, Reform, Liberal Democrat, Green, SNP, Plaid Cymru, another party, or have never voted before, this petition asks only one question.
