Dear supporters,

On July 2nd, I sent an email to future Olympic hosts. I called on them to issue a joint statement expressing support for Taiwan's right to choose which name, flag, and anthem it uses at the Olympics. 

The letter was addressed to the National Olympic Committees of Japan (Tokyo 2020), France (Paris 2024), Italy (Milano Cortina 2026), the United States (LA 2028), and other countries. I copied several international news organizations and gave them permission to reprint the letter. 

The Taipei Times reprinted the letter this morning. You can help by sharing the link in your network:

The letter is currently being translated into Chinese and Japanese. I will update you if any other newspapers publish it.
