I went with a friend to watch the towing at Ala Wai boat harbor, on Saturday night 10/9/2021 at 10:30 p.m. Several cars just missed getting towed. The people didn’t even realize there was a 10:30 pm curfew to park in that area. One family arrived at there car at 10:25 p.m., and they had a baby in a stroller; imagine the drama that would have been for them if their car was towed! 
At 11:15 pm, we happened to meet a ‘victim of the poor signage’ as she wondered around the parking lot looking for her car, and tow company information. She is from Kapolei. We talked specifically about the way the sign reads. We offered to drive her to the tow yard about 8 miles away, near the airport. She said ‘Thanks tor offering’ but since she lives in Kapolei, she would go by Uber. She let us take her photo. I feel so sorry for these people. We need a sign like the one I developed that shows what leads to being towed (with red tow truck logo), I think it better than the faded sign that exists currently.
