While there are many factors involved in addressing the childcare crisis, we believe it is a challenge our community can solve. But we need your help to make this possible. Your voice can bring awareness to the crisis and support the development of solutions that bring lasting change to our community. We need parents, community leaders, teachers, businesses and elected officials to come together and declare that not one more generation will have to deal with this crisis. Focus on Five is a coalition dedicated to improving the quality of early childhood education through the cultivation of early childhood educators. We’re focused on finding solutions that create a better learning environment for our children and a greater chance of success for their future. We believe these solutions can be found through the combined support and efforts of organizations, businesses, and government within our community. We believe Allen County, through its investment in early childhood, can become known nationally as a place where people want to live, work, and play.
