Older Workers Face Too Much Discrimination

It's just short-sighted, given that older workers offer skills, expertise, knowledge and experience built up over their working career. Research from New Zealand is showing that over 60 per cent of organisations were encouraging workers to continue working beyond retirement age but less than 20 per cent reported using or planning to use job recruitment practices targeting older workers.
