Please share the online petition with those you know who love our lakes and want to see them healthy with a sustainable recreational fishery. The Gippsland Lakes are a Ramsar Convention listed wetland, home to a variety of marine animals, birds and the rare Burrunan dolphins. We need to stop seine and mesh netting of fish, allow fish stocks to replenish through responsible recreational fishing and boating, to protect the lakes and surrounding wetlands into the future.
