Unfortunately we recently lost a pop punk icon and legend of the genre, Chad Gilbert.   New Found Glory has decided to go ahead and play the upcoming shows at EPCOT in honor of Chad.  Chad was a huge Disney fan and they felt he would have wanted them to play these shows.  Chad was an incredible musician, and an even better person.  Anyone who was lucky enough to have met him at a show knows this.  He cared about all of his fans and took the time to sign an autograph and take a photo and to talk to the fans, even if it was just for a few moments. Chad and NFG helped make moments into memories that will last a lifetime for so many.  To many of us, Chad and NFG were a huge part of our lives.  They helped make the good times great, and helped us through the trials and tribulations of our teenage years.

It would be amazing if Disney would stream the upcoming shows at EPCOT so as many fans as possible could be part of this show to celebrate his life, even from a distance.  It wouldn't take much for Disney to have a small camera crew and to put the shows up on YouTube or even Disney+ so fans all around the world can view these shows.
