WE, CIVIL SOCIETY-AT-LARGE, DEMAND that KADIE KAREN DIEKMEYER better know as THAT VEGAN TEACHER (TVT) and ALL PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS and derivative accounts be PERMANENTLY BANNED from ALL social media platforms including YOUTUBE, TIKTOK and INSTAGRAM for the following VIOLATIONS OF generally accepted community safety guideline :
(1) Spreading misinformation/alternative facts/falsehoods
(2) Acts of ANTI-BLACK RACISM (usage of the n-word, misappropriating BLM, George Flyod etc.)
(3) Acts of ANTISEMITISM (misappropriating the Holocaust)
(4) Acts of HOMOPHOBIA (equating “coming out of the closet” as selfishness)
(5) Acts of BODY SHAMING (fatphobia)
(6) Acts of CYBERBULLYING (despicable insults)
(7) Promoting HATRED and PHYSICAL HARM (advocates physical harm against “meat eaters”)
(8) Devaluing the significance of SEXUAL VIOLENCE
(9) Perversion of veganism with her fascist animals-first agenda
(10) Acts of ANIMAL CRUELTY towards Bella Vegan Dog

She constantly states that “it is the position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that an appropriately planned vegan diet is helpful for all stages of development,” [1] which is half-true.
What was stated in that article of the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics was “It is the position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that appropriately planned VEGETARIAN, INCLUDING VEGAN, diets are healthful, nutritionally adequate,” [2] An important omission of the Academy’s actual position and an indication of her bias towards vegetarians. In addition, the Academy further elaborates that “A well-planned vegetarian or vegan diet…It’s just about making sure you get the nutrients you need” and “During pregnancy, for example, more iron is needed, but iron is not absorbed as well from plant-based sources.” [3]
Ironically, she stated “You don’t need to talk to a dietician or a nutritionist, anybody can start a vegan diet on their own” when Dr. Mike recommended consulting a doctor or nutritionist before starting a vegan diet. [4] Without proper guidance for laypeople she is harming well-intentioned individuals such as pregnant women who would be iron deficient because she wouldn’t have known plant-based sources of iron are not well absorbed. The Academy also states that such diets without proper planning can be unhealthy. [3]
Not to discredit the Academy, she fails to mention that the Academy is a 501(c)(6) business league, the same classification a Chambre of Commerce would receive by the IRS, [5] funded through member dues and corporate donations from “Big Fruit” and “Big Vegetable.” [6]
In all seriousness, the Academy have received funding in the past from companies such as Abbott, Wal-Mart, General Mills, Colgate [7] and even had a controversy over corporate sponsorship from the likes of Coca-Cola which has been accused for financing scientific research that is favorable to Coca-Cola. [8]
To be clear, the Academy’s position, defined as an opinion [9] which is defined as a thought or belief of something or someone, [10] is that vegan diet is healthful but IS NOT recommending veganism NOR advocating veganism BUT providing unbiased guidance and information as a professionals all do.
