I started to become a fan of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit when I was little. It started with a plush, then it was Epic Mickey, and after that it was the US meet and greet debut in Disneyland, CA. That was the peak in my passion for this character that always made me smile, I've ALWAYS wanted to meet Oswald in person, but I never could. Disneyland is hard for my family to afford, and the transportation sounds like a nightmare. Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL has always been our location ever since, and the problem over here is that, in order to meet Oswald, you usually have to be part of private events such as Moonlight Magic for DVC like back in 2018, RunDisney like 2019 and 2020 before the shutdown. Nowadays, the private events are all on the cast members. This private event "system" has gone on since 2018, and hasn't changed at all. All over platforms like Instagram, twitter, YouTube and TikTok, as well as some unofficial disney sites, Ive seen comments of people asking how they can meet Oswald in WDW, and I tell each person what I've found because everything I've seen is like Disney saying "This is how our world is". But it doesn't have to be that way, there are hundreds of fans along/stuck in the east coast wanting to meet Oswald, and WDW won't let us. I've written to Disney so many times, one cast member wrote around the problem, but the others said they took my comment seriously, as much as that makes me happy to hear, I'm still skeptical. I'm making this petition so we can change that, because now, the comments aren't enough. This isn't just for me, I want every Oswald fan to have a chance
