Update on Ivy’s Journey: A Step Forward, But Still a Long Road Ahead

Dear Supporters,

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for standing with Ivy and me during this incredibly challenging time. Your signatures, shares, and heartfelt messages have meant the world to us.

We’re grateful to share that Ivy has now passed her English language test and received a clear TB certificate — important steps towards securing her safety here in the UK. These victories are small rays of hope in what continues to be a very difficult journey.

However, we still have a long way to go. The costs for legal fees, visas, and other immigration requirements are immense — estimated at around £10,000. So far, we’ve raised just over £300 through personal fundraising efforts, but we need your continued support to help cover the remaining costs and keep Ivy safe from the violence and persecution she faced simply for being who she is.
