my graduation year was to be 2022. but due to my mental health, i graduated at semester. this was my senior year, and i am no longer allowed to participate in school events, attend my senior prom (unless invited by someone currently in the school), and i am not allowed to walk at graduation. i paid for my cap and gown, as well as tassels, and i cannot walk. they treated me as if i gave up on school, or dropped out. and tried to guilt trip me into staying the full year, by taking away my right to graduate. my parents as well as i, have contacted all surrounding schools in the area, and they are all allowed to participate in graduation. i do not feel this is fair. and if it cannot be changed for me, lets get it changed for the upcoming seniors for years to come.
