Global K9 Protection Group is a company who provides K9 services worldwide.

There’s multiple concerns and allegations regarding the work life of a handler who works under this company. All to be true. Handlers suffer a variety of illegalities in this company including : retaliation , hostile work environment, racism, sexism , bullying , defamation of character and physical abuse. 
The company continues to stand and support the poor work environment that is provided to their handlers. Handlers have reached out to multiple resources for aide and support and the company attacks those handlers once it is found out or worse , terminates them. 

We live in a time where employees of any company shouldn’t be put in the physical nor mental situation that global puts their employees under. Aside from that we provide a very hard and dangerous service to the world. We look for explosive devices that could impact our country at any point in time. Our mental health is of deep priority. Not only is it vital for us to be up to par and healthy but it’s vital for our canine units to feel that positive energy and that healthy work place. 

Multiple canines are forced to work sick and injured with no care or remorse to their well being. It’s time something is said and something is done. 

This petition is to allow handlers to become unionized, the reason for the union is to have a third party witness to all the illegalities the company provides. Aside from that to have proper and legal protection from the horrible workplace global truly is. Along with that , HR should be immediately investigated and removed from their current position. 

Handlers have committed suicide in the past from working in these conditions. Mental health matters for us and for our four legged friends. Please sign this to make that change.
