Lancaster Animal Care Center is killing dogs without warning. They are not allowing community partners to get a chance to save these dogs lives. No rescues were alerted and no pleas of help were established. This is a call to action to demand Lancaster Animal Care Center give every adoptable dog a chance to be seen and saved by alerting rescue partners and community volunteer networkers about the dogs in danger.
