Dear Madam & Sir

I, the undersigned TRAN NGOC ANH - am an official representative of the Solidarity Movement of the People Wronged in Viet Nam.

We are sending to you this Petition regarding the case of NGUYEN MAI TRUNG TUAN, who was born on March 31, 2000, the son of Mr. Nguyen Trung Cang and Mrs. Mai Thi Kim Huong.

These two people are citizens from Thanh Hoa province who were trying to protect themselves against the authorities who wanted to steal their properties and land on April 14, 2015.

This tragedy happened when the communist authorities of Thanh Hoa province put lots of pressure, menaced them, and brutally stole all of the properties of Mr. Nguyen Trung Cang.

Recently they have all been imprisoned at Long An City, Viet Nam since April 14, 2015.  They were imprisoned along with ten other citizens who were all asking for and fighting for their own justice.

The authorities of Thanh Hoa province decided to imprison the family of Mr. Nguyen Trung Cang and Mrs. Mai Thi Kim Huong together with their two children Nguyễn Mai Trung Tuấn (15 years old) and Nguyễn Mai Thảo Vy (13 years old).

Nguyễn Mai Trung Tuấn (15 years old) was brutally abused and beaten by the Police force on June 08, 2015. His life is in great danger due to his ongoing sickness, which includes a long battle with lung problems and a serious cough.

Living under the communist regime, the citizens do not have their minimum right for living and never have been treated as a human being.
We are asking your help and your voice to help the case of Nguyễn Mai Trung Tuấn and his family.
