The Stanwood Memorial Barn Resurrection; City should place memorial barn on city property for resurrection. I believe that our city of Stanwood should consider finding another location for the memorial barn that had many names on the sides of it in memory of local youth who had passed away. I believe that the barn brought our community together in many ways to support those families that have lost a child. Finding a new location will give families that are grieving an opportunity to come together and do that very thing. It would once again give the community a chance to pay their respects, say goodbye to a youth that has passed away. I know from personal experience this has helped more than one family in our community. As someone living with memories of my loved ones, I implore our community to please step up and help us get this "Memorial" barn resurrected for healing the broken hearts that are left behind.
