Call on the Irish government to ban sale & adoption of animals from December 1st - 31st
The Issue
With the increasing surrender of pups/ dogs/ cats & kittens every January as Christmas ends and animals as Christmas presents become unwanted. Our animal rescue services are bursting at the seams trying to cope with this annual trend, It's time to call on Leo Varadker and Minister Creed to ban the sale and adoption of all animals from Dec 1st to Dec 31st every year. We need to protect animals from being brought into what they think is a safe, secure and loving environment only to be dumped after the novelty has worn off. Lets end this issue once and for all.
