Lee Co. Monument after Removal of Protective Fencing
WE MUST GUARD OUR FLORIDA MEMORIALS NOW!
Yesterday, the Lee County, Namesake Memorial in
Ft. Myers was vandalized. The protective fencing surrounding the memorial was partially removed.
As local law enforcement is focused on the Corona Pandemic, and as more and more cities announce they will not be making property crime arrests, we expect this will make our memorials "open targets".
There are several memorials that have already been 'hit' that we have reason to believe will be attacked again: Pensacola, Ft. Myers, Jacksonville, Miami and St. Cloud.
Please consider being a Florida Monument Guard.
We provide scheduling, procedures and shirts.
You provide transportation to site.
We are seeking nightly coverage for 6 sites around the state.

Also, we are looking for expertise/resources in getting up cameras on the sites that do not have them. If you have skills in this area, please note on the sign up form.
Thank you for considering being a part of the Florida Monument Guards.
Pass this along to family or friends who you think would be able to assist.
NOTE: Congratulations to the Sons of Confederate Veterans and the Keep Lee in Lee Crew for restoring the protective fencing within 24 hours of it being discovered. THAT is how it is done!

ABOUT US
SAVE SOUTHERN HERITAGE Inc. is a not for profit corporation that educates & advocates on behalf of Southern Heritage & History. It was started in 2015 in response to the knee-jerk Anti-Southern institutionalized bullying and “Eracism” levied against the people of South Carolina by Governor Nikki Haley, after she broke all previous agreements about how South Carolina’s historical veterans and their symbols should be treated and respected.
The Florida branch was activated in mid-January 2016, in response to three initiatives in the Florida Legislature that are part of a hate campaign led by Anti-American extremists, who refuse to respect the various cultures that make up the fabric of Florida’s society. Since that time, it has grown in membership and has been active in battles over American History and throughout Florida including the “We’ll Remember in November Campaign” that resulted in #heritagehater candidates to lose elections in Florida and others to win.
