Is not a breed that determines the aggression, it’s the owner. If you are going to ban one “dangerous breed” then you need to ban every breed that has ever attacked or bitten another dog/human. You shouldn’t single out certain breeds because of lack of training. 

Pit bulls are not inherently dangerous. Like any other dog, they can become violent, aggressive, and mean through a lack of training, abuse, neglect, and irresponsible ownership and breeding as well as a lack of attention to health and temperament issues.
