Hi all, As you may be aware CODE has submitted a NEW APPLICATION on 52 Western Road. This is running alongside an appeal on the refusal of the previous objection. The new application, although fundamentally the same, will not carry your previous objections. Therefore it is very important that you re-submit your objections ASAP via planning@leicester.gov.uk, via the planning database online, or via post to city hall. The new application no is 20160068 and you can access it here (http://rcweb.leicester.gov.uk/pla…/onlinequery/Details.aspx…) the only noteable differences are to do with council tax exemption numbers which I believe are lacking some vital figures and I'm sure the planning department will deal with this accordingly. Therefore my advice is to re-send your previous objections for the last design and they should relate and if you are going to write a new objection to stick to community impact- how it affects you and your family, your business, the park, resources and amenities noise complaints etc. If you have evidence of complaints you have sent to CODE in the past PLEASE send them in as code claim they have never received ANY complaints and we know this to be untrue.
