Xiaomi is one of the top growing Smartphone manufacturer in the world

They sold millions of units worldwide.Their smartphone devices use 2 brands of processors.One of it is Qualcomm snapdragon while other one is Mediatek.

The snapdragon variant which targeted indian and global market while the mediatek device targeted chinese market and global.

The snapdragon variants which are getting fastest android updates and MIUI updates but The Mediatek variants which are never getting Major Android updates.

All of the xiaomi phones got one major Android update before But now We Redmi note 4/4x users (mediatek) still stuck on Android 6.0 marshmallow.These days Low range smartphones bear Android 7.0 out of the box.We are using Redmi note 4/4x (mediatek) nearly one year but still we have no android updates as the Snapdragon variant Already got Android 7.0 Nougat.

We are many users who much supported Xiaomi by buying many smartphones(Mediatek variants) from xiaomi and trusted Xiaomi very well.

Mediatek chip (MT6797) which is a great performer but still not getting updates.A site that showing which processors support Android 7.0 nougat includes above mentioned chip.

So, Xiaomi our kind request is We want to jump from the old Android 6.0 marshmallow which doesn't have even the basic features like Split screen to Android nougat Which have many Handy features which makes a handset useful and beautiful.

Hope Xiaomi should Give us (Redmi note 4/4x mediatek)Android 7.0 Nougat update.
