Daylight Saving Time: Instead of springing forward 1 hour I propose falling back 23 hours.

The Issue

The change to Daylight Saving Time is onerous. Instead of springing forward 1 hour, I proposed falling back 23 hours and repeating most of Saturday. The calendars can be either be reconciled by eliminating the following the Wednesday (who needs it?), or an international Daylight Saving Time treaty can be drafted in the UN that dictates every year a Saturday is repeated (i.e., everybody can change their calendars and end the madness). This repeated Saturday may be called Unday and can also be viewed as an additional Sunday.
