Multiple petitions were made asking for Danny Devito to voice Detective Pikachu upon the announcement for the English dub of the game being released. While Ryan Reynolds ultimately was a good choice and has done an amazing job with the role, we as the fans would love to have some of our vision represented with the upcoming film adaption.

If possible, we would love to see Danny given the chance to cameo in the Detective Pikachu film, either as a human or as a separate Pokemon, possibly even as a separate Pikachu encountered on the main characters journey. It would make the fans happy to see him involved at any level, and would be a great way to promote the film.
