The fact that same-sex marriage is legal in some states isn’t the issue anymore. What needs to change now is the fact that bigotry is at an all-time high. According to an article from the Chicago Tribune, the percent of people who favor legalizing same-sex marriage is a major step forward. I agree. However, it seems that every step taken forward in this issue always leads to a step back.
