In the midst of a suicide, depression, and addiction epidemic and widespread PTSD during a global pandemic, we don’t have the luxury of time to wait for the most healing substances on the planet to become available to the masses. We need swift action to change the course of history. We’re demanding that people be allowed to legally access safe and effective mind-expanding catalysts that interrupt negative thought patterns and addictions.  

In October 1971, President Richard Nixon signed the Controlled Substances Act, which made all psychedelic compounds illegal until they could be studied for safety. Since then, these catalysts have been studied extensively and shown to be extremely safe and non-addictive. Millions of Americans have safely interacted with these compounds over the past 50 years and report significant enhancements to their mental health.

Given our current medical understanding, we’re asking the President to immediately sign an Executive Order making psychedelic compounds, such as psilocybin, ayahuasca, iboga, peyote, and LSD, legal for medical use. We’re urging the President to take this critical life-saving step during this moment of crisis and give people the right to go inside their own minds for answers and healing.
