Petition To Legalize Psilocybin, Psilocin, And Baeocystin Containing Mushrooms To Grow And Posses In Every State In The United States

Psilocybin containing mushrooms grow in every single state in the United States and people are going to jail for picking them or growing them even up to life for amounts like pounds. It is very sad to imprison or even punish people for growing, picking, or possessing these mushrooms. If a few people hop a fence, and pick a bunch of mushrooms, and safe them up after doing so for a week or two, then police catch them with mushrooms they just picked in a cow field, in the woods or somewhere else, some people have gotten up to life imprisonment just for this. They have benefits such as helping cluster headaches, helping people get over the fear of death by affecting parts of the brain that triggers spirituality, and people using them may laugh a lot, seem obnoxious, giddy but they are not generally harmful mushrooms they are actually many times safer than ones that are deadly such as certain amanitas and not illegal to possess or grow or pick. I have used them in my past and mushrooms do not cause anxiety to me like marijuana does, and this is a mostly foreign plant and this is becoming legal. It's time for the government to start realizing it's wrong to raid peoples homes, possibly shoot family members, and to imprison or punish people for psiloybin mushrooms. There is more car accidents every 45-90 days from drunk drivers than every incident ever recorded that was endangering and involved someone/people on psiloybin mushrooms. It's because it doesn't happen often. If people mix them with other drugs and can have a bad reaction or drink heavily on them this can trigger people to do more dangerous or stupid things, but it's much less common that alcohol involved incidents. I do not use these I have been in trouble with the law and I don't break laws anymore, but this is one thing they need to stop jailing people and kicking doors in for, possessing mushrooms.
