I spoke with Sen Joyce’s office again today. No one can give me a real update from the Senator. In my opinion, they’re playing games, or they’re ignorant on the matter and don’t want to address this issue with citizens. I asked why it wasn’t brought up when the electric bikes law passed and she had no explanation.
