In Guyana more people are being arrested for Marijuana possession than for murder, rape, domestic abuse, aggravated assault, robbery and other violent crimes; combined. 

I the undersigned would like to call ineffective, racially biased and unjust enforcement of Marijuana prohibition. I support the emergence of a new, well-regulated, and all-inclusive industry that is rooted to provide safe access to an already widely used substance that is less dangerous than alcohol and tobacco and has been proven to have substantial medical uses.
