Any man or person accused of rape or sexual misconduct allegations via police reports shall be treated consistent with our legal ethos of innocent until proven guilty. The person cannot be handcuffed nor can the police raid person's house or appear at a person's residence with guns drawn. The person shall be notified by mail, phone, or met at the door to be served a notice to appear in court.

All police reports and court proceedings regarding the alleged rape or sexual misconduct allegations shall be sealed until a court/judge has looked into the matter to establish if there's enough evidence for the police report to be published for public access.

This is important because a person's career and public image can be irreparably damaged through media if a rape or misconduct allegation is not properly vetted before being released to the public.
