Hi there i own wendy whites hedgehogs based in cookridge leeds and am starting this petition to get hedgehog highway signs put up in leeds paying attention to meanwood cookridge tinshill country sides and north leeds. There is real concern for our prickly friends and as a rehabilitator and with climate change ive noticed food sources are very limited which is pushing hedgehogs further out to find food. All they want is a slug snail beetle caterpillar all the nasties that keep our plants looking nice. Whilst doing us a favour with our gardens hedgehogs dont ask to be squashed by human drivers and want to return home to there babies. We took alot of the land away from them and they save us from getting all nasty diseases. Please help save our hedgehogs and help us get signs put up.
