Hi there.I am filing this petition after lots of people have faced the same problem which I am facing.This is about a phone manufacturing company LeEco.I have purchased a mobile phone called Le2 which is indian version.After buying,in a two months (october) time they had given one update.After that till now they didn't give any update to their phones in India but this is not the case with their USA and china versions.Everytime we ask for update they are giving one months time but nothing happens in that one month.They again extend it to another month,the same is keep on repeating from January.People are dying for the update as there is no proper security for their phones but the company doesn't care and it doesn't even respond to its customers.Please help us.If you want proof check the LeEco's indian forum in their website.
