This year has not been normal.  The children have not been in school full-time to fully grasp topics.  They are not fully prepared for their regents exams.  Also if you take into account the fact that several regents including foreign languages, global and English are based on several years which for last year 2020 March- June  teaching was non existent in some subjects.
