It’s light of Nipsey Hussle’s recent tragic passing. We are petitioning that for at least this upcoming season, if not permanently, to make Nipsey’s “Crenshaw” Logo from his Marathon clothing brand, be the Lakers alternate city jersey. 

Nipsey was a full fledge NBA And Laker supporter. Lots of life highlights shared with the public after his death are him attending Lakers games and supporting teammates and the organization.

Nipsey embodies the Los Angeles Culture. As you can see after his passing, Fans from all over the world loved and respected him. Not only for his music, but his drive, his passion and his love for his Los Angeles Community that he lived in, built up and ultimately died in. It would be an amazing and respectful gesture that I’m sure everybody both players and fans alike would support.
