We the people demand that the officer that shot the dog in Lebanon City be held accountable!! No matter how many times you watch the video, you only see a dog that laid down with tail wagging. Mind you, the dog was already tased and had a catch pole around its neck. The excuse was that the dog was biting at catch pole?? Really?? I'd bite a cable around my neck too. Bottom line is..  the dog was under control once it was in the catch pole. This needs to be investigated by someone other than the department in question. A lawyer needs to step up and take this case even if it's probono!! Not necessarily asking for the officer to lose his job, but suspended without pay and a public apology would be a start!! The City should also be held accountable for some monetary settlement too.
