Congratulations to Annastacia Palaszczuk and the Labor Government for being re-elected. We also congratulate Bruce Saunders for retaining the Maryborough seat and Adrian Tantari for winning Hervey Bay.

A lot of recreational fishers and those who care for our Great Sandy Marine Park backed Labor again at this election as recreational fishing plays a vital role across our Fraser Coast both socially and economically.

We now look forward to continuing to work with Leeanne Enoch and her department towards completing the full term review of the Great Sandy Marine Park as soon as possible.
