Champion Mastery Chroma Packs are a way to reward players who have taken the time to play and truly learn the champion(s) that they enjoy using. This is a feature that players from the League of Legends community have expressed a want for since the recent introduction of Chroma Packs, and one that will ideally further motivate players in achieving excellence with their favorite champions.

Hopefully with enough signatures, Riot will give serious consideration to this idea and it won't be forgotten.
